Laura Robson was knocked out of the Shenzen Open and Heather Watson out of the ASB Classic although both continue to improve ahead of the Australian Open. William Hill are offering 5/1 that either Watson or Robson make it into the top 10 by the end of the season.

“It does not look like either will be reaching the final of this tournament but it is looking more and more likely that we will see a couple of female tennis players reaching similar heights as Andy before too long,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
Serena Williams is 6/4 favourite to win the Australian Open with Victoria Azarenka 7/2 and Petra Kvitova 6/1.
